Black Garlic Aioli

Black Garlic aioli

A unique combination for garlic lovers.

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60 g sunflower oil
  • 40 g olive oil
  • 1 large clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 10 g Black Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt - Pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, place the egg yolks along with the mustard and chopped garlic.

Beat with a hand mixer until incorporated and starting to turn white, and continue beating while slowly adding the sunflower oil and olive oil.

Once it thickens, add the black garlic paste, lemon, salt and pepper.
