Sticky sauce:
Mix all the ingredients for the sticky sauce. In a non-stick pan with a little olive oil, season the pancetta with salt and pepper until they are browned on both sides. Pour in the sticky sauce, reduce the heat to medium, and continue turning the pancetta pieces until the sauce is glazed and all of it sticks to the pancetta. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, open 2 ice-cold beers and enjoy.
