RETURN POLICY

Given that Black Garlic and all products derived from it fall under packaged foods, only wholesale customers have the right to return products, and this is subject to specific conditions that arise from the respective written agreement between the two parties.

Therefore, the company does not accept product returns from retail customers for which there is no reason for return, e.g. incorrect purchase, and therefore part or all of the paid amount of the order is not refunded.

In the event that the product has reached the customer damaged or with any alteration that makes its consumption impossible without the customer's responsibility and as long as this is proven, for example by sending a photo of the product in question, then the affected products may be replaced or the corresponding purchase amount refunded, always after consultation with the customer.
