{"id":2097,"date":"2025-10-17T10:59:34","date_gmt":"2025-10-17T08:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blackgarlic.gr\/?p=2097"},"modified":"2025-12-09T21:41:58","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T19:41:58","slug":"black-pepper-sauce-with-black-garlic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackgarlic.gr\/en\/black-pepper-sauce-with-black-garlic\/","title":{"rendered":"Black Pepper meat sauce with Black Garlic"},"content":{"rendered":"<meta name=\"keywords\" content=\"black garlic meat sauce\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A magical combination of 2 of the oldest ingredients.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon white wine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml chicken or beef broth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g <a href=\"https:\/\/blackgarlic.gr\/en\/black-garlic-shop\/black-garlic-products\/total-black-garlic\/black-garlic-paste\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/blackgarlic.gr\/black-garlic-shop\/black-garlic-products\/total-black-garlic\/black-garlic-paste\/\">Black Garlic paste<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 + 10 g butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Melt 10 g of butter in a pan and lightly toast the peppercorns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour in the white wine and once it has evaporated, add the broth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil until reduced by half and add the black garlic paste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boil for another 1 minute, remove from heat and add the lemon juice and 10 g cubed butter from the refrigerator.
