Directions:
In a bowl, mix the egg yolk with the black garlic, and add the gouda.
Boil the spaghetti al dente and reserve 100ml of the cooking water. In a frying pan, sauté the salami with the butter until it starts to take on a light color, and add the boiled spaghetti and the water we reserved. Bring to a boil, stir and return to the bowl with the pasta, egg and gouda. Stir until the ingredients are incorporated, and serve with freshly ground pepper and parsley.
