Black Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g evaporated milk or cream
  • 40 g butter at room temperature
  • 10 g Black Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt -Pepper

Directions:

In a saucepan, place the potatoes and garlic cloves, cover with water, lightly salt and boil until the potatoes are soft. Mash the potatoes and garlic cloves.

In a bowl, mix the hot puree with the butter, milk or cream and chopped cloves. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with chopped parsley.
