White garlic caramelizes slowly for 40 days, under controlled temperature and humidity conditions, developing its special flavor characteristics, as well as its antioxidant properties.

After the garlic has matured, we clean the cloves by hand, choosing only the best and most complete ones, which are placed in sterilized glass jars.
