Black-Garlic-Sexy-Pasta

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 220 g wholegrain spaghetti
  • 59 g walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 30 g Black Garlic honey
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 small chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 5 g butter
  • 15 g olive oil
  • Parsley

Directions:

Put the walnuts, chili and mint in a bowl. Boil the pasta al dente in salted water, drain and turn it into the bowl. Pour the butter, olive oil and half the black garlic honey into the bowl. Add salt and mix. Serve with the remaining honey and chopped parsley.
